Food for thought Have you ever thought why some people prefer home baked cakes to shop bought ones. I for one as a home baker would like to share with you a little bit of what I know. If you ask me, most of my recipe ingredients I can count them in one hand but on the other hand (excuse the pun) when it comes to factory made cakes, I seriously couldn't tell you what most the ingredients are, never heard of them and possibly do not want to know about them.
